Active Apple App Store subscription not visible in Parallels account

    Hello,
    I have an active annual Parallels Desktop for Mac subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple has charged me and I have the official Apple invoice.
    Product: Parallels Desktop for Mac, annual subscription
    Invoice date: 12 May 2026
    Renewal date shown on invoice: 12 May 2027
    However, when I sign in to my Parallels account, no active license appears, and the application/web page asks me to purchase again. I have already tried signing in with the same Apple account.
    Please verify my App Store entitlement and attach/synchronize this active subscription with my Parallels account. I am attaching the Apple invoice, Apple subscription screenshot, and the Parallels account screenshot showing no active license.
