Activation reset required – Parallels Desktop 14 permanent license after hard drive failure due to Electric crash

Hello,

I own a permanent Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac license, registered in my Parallels account.

The license is still displayed in My Account as:

Status: Active
Type: Permanent License
Product: Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac
Activation date: April 4, 2019
License name: iMac Secrétariat

The hard drive of this iMac failed and was replaced. I have reinstalled macOS and Parallels Desktop 14.1.3 (45485) on the same iMac.

There is currently no license installed locally:

prlsrvctl info --license
No license installed

When I try to activate my registered permanent license, the Parallels licensing server returns:

Failed to install the license:
Unable to perform the operation.
The license server rejects it.

This is not a transfer of the license to another computer. It is the same iMac after replacement of a failed hard drive.

Could you please reset/release the previous hardware activation on your licensing server, so that I can reactivate my permanent Parallels Desktop 14 license on this iMac?

I can provide the license key, proof of purchase and screenshots of the license registered in my Parallels account.

Thank you.
