Activation Problem, need an upgrade for newer version

Hello! My problem; i can't activate my Parallels, but i have a permanent license. I bought a permanent license April'25, and right now i upgaded my Mac, and need to buy a new one? Sounds like it's robbery, cause I have this message and have to pay again. Help me with this, or explain me, why a need to pay again, not for subscription.

Hello,
Since you have a Permanent license for Parallels Desktop 20, you would need to download and install the corresponding version in order to activate Parallels Desktop.
As such, you may use the below link to download version 20:
https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v20/20.4.1-55996/ParallelsDesktop-20.4.1-55996.dmg
