activation of ARM Windows 11 Pro with an Intel Windows 10 Family activation key : is it possible and

I've just bought a new MacBook Pro M4.
Previously I had a MacBook Pro Intel with Parallels 18 and Windows 10 Family.
Because of ARM on my new Macbook I had to switch to Parallels 20 with Windows automatically installed in 11 Pro version.
I'd like to know if there is any possibility not to buy again a Windows activation key considering I could re-use Intel Windows 10 Family activation key I had on my old MacBook.
That's the reason of the title of my post : it it possible to activate ARM Windows 11 Pro with an Intel Windows 10 Family activation key ? if yes how would I have to proceed ?

Have you tried activating it with the key?
