I had my old iMac crash so purchased another iMac (2015 model) running El Capitan. I didn't want to upgrade tons of software so was limited to buying a machine that can still run El Capitan OS 10.11.6.
I have Parallels 10.4.0 and it's listed under my account as a "legacy product" and shows an activation key. When I enter the key it says I have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key? I don't want to update Parallels as my operating system is likely too old. I run windows via parallels for other software that is not available for Mac. Need help! Thank You
