Activation Key/License gone when reset password

I had to reset my parallels password when downloading Toolbox, and it prompted me for my activation key.
I didnt have access to it at the time as 3 subscriptions were purchased together and the user of purchased these was not around at the time. I needed instant access so had no choice but to select free trial.

Now it has removed all knowledge of me having the pro version, and is telling me to re-purchase.

I have the invoice showing all 3 subscriptions, but no idea how to get *my* activation key and not everyone elses.
