Activate Windows notification in Desktop

I went to settings to activate Windows because of a note in my desktop. To activate windows, I clicked in a "Activate" window but a new window opened saying an error occurred, another option below this one says "Write product code" and I wrote the code Parallels gave me when I downloaded it, but the code is incorrect!! I have no idea what to do, please help me

Hi @MauricioV, you must use a Windows product key to activate Windows. Windows cannot be activated using a Parallels Desktop activation key.

Hi @parallels, So I guess I would have to buy Microsoft 10 and get the product code from there, right? Or what would you recommend me to do?

Have you purchased Windows product key? If not, please purchase Windows 8.1 Pro product key from Microsoft or any resellers and activate it.
