Account Setup - Activation key doesn't work.

Hello, I have recently purchased the Parallels Desktop 15 for my Apple MacBook Air 13" 2020, however, my activation key is not working, it says the code isn't valid, I tried contacting Windows and they cannot support me. The Windows activation screen won't leave my Desktop's main page. Do I need another code? Can I get another code?

Hello,
are you using Windows OS key or Parallels Desktop activation key?
Please note Parallels Desktop for Mac does not include Microsoft® Windows. Please check this out for more information.

Now I have updated my computer to the new Mac OS Big Sur, how do I install the version I paid for (15) on it without having to spend $50 for an update to the Parallels Desktop 16 before barely using the platform?
