Access hidden menu bar items behind the Notch beneath the menu bar

If we can add an option to add more space beneath the menu bar , especially for who has big number if icons in menu and 70% of them are hidden behind the notch , even after moving the most important icons to control center but still too much applications added their icons to MenuBar.
at same time keep it very simple to activate or deactivate like with shortcut on keyboard or separated icon in menu bar
