Implemented Ability to select an RD server and quickly view which applications are published on it

In addition to selecting a published application and viewing the RD hosts servers that it is published on, it would be helpful to be able to select a server and see which applications are published on it.

Check RD Session Hosts -> select host -> right click -> Show published resources
