5582, Bootcamp Vista x32 Ent. issue

Hello all.
New'ish MBP 2.4 - fresh install of 10.5, then bootcamp install of Vista Enterprise x32. Worked great via bootcamp. Then installed parallels 3.0.5582 and ran the bootcamp Vista in OS X. Again, no real problems. Installed the tools, had one hangup, but seemed to resolve itself next reboot. Had the rundll32 issue, but disabled the nvidia driver help via msconfig - again no prob.

Current issue - Vista runs fine via parallels, but when i try to boot fully into Vista via bootcamp (rEFIt 1.0 is nice btw) - BSOD... I have tried safe mode, last known good, etc - all BSOD.

Run via Parallels and checked event log - ACPI error (sorry it's running chkdsk right now so don't have exact error).

Anyone else have similar issue or recommendation?

Still digging - found reference for 0x71 =
and 0x71 and the subsequent bytes reflect CMOS access from IO.

I just bought Parallels couple of weeks ago and I have 5608 installed with the latest Parallels Tools and Boot Camp drivers.

That's from my Event Log:
- GPE: ACPI BIOS is trying to reference a GPE Index (11) when there are no GPE blocks defined by the BIOS. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.
- AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to write to an illegal IO port address (0x70), which lies in the 0x70 - 0x71 protected address range. This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.
- AMLI: ACPI BIOS is attempting to read from an illegal IO port address (0x71), which lies in the 0x70 - 0x71 protected address range. This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.
 
Parallels, I am just using some BootCamp drivers (iSight) in Vista under Parallels

I have the same problem on 2008 server

I'm trying to run 2008 server on a mac pro tower.

I'm getting random reboots with this error in the logs below.

ACPI BIOS is attempting to write to an illegal IO port address (0x70), which lies in the 0x70 - 0x71 protected address range. This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

I have all power management and screen saver options off for both operating systems.

Any help on this please?
 
I've tried both Vista and 2008 expermental. They both don't work. the system log has 2 to 3 of these acpi errors before it shuts down everytime.
