windows 10 upgrade

I just upgraded a VM from Windows 7 to Windows 10. In coherence mode, when the start menu is brought up, the search box floats outside the start menu to the right. The search box is workable. Hi All, I have Parallels 11 with a Windows 7 Enterprise Version 32-bit GuestOS. Would like to migrate to Windows 10 64-bit Goes OS. What is the best to accomplish this and which version of Windows should I use? I hope a low cost or free update to Windows can be used. Please advise. Thanks!!
