no, I have drivers. my usb-serial key have xp drivers BUT in computer peripherals there is not USB controller universal intel etc if there is not controller with open usb ports is normal that VM machine don't read my usb peripherals. I have other windows VM and in those there is controller...

no there is ask me. but probably you have not understan the real problem. there is no host controller on xp peripherals.
