Can't cancel auto-renewal for subscription

I want to cancel my subscription but when I go to to my subscription page and ask it to recover my subscriptions, it doesn't do anything, so I have no subscriptions. This means that I cannot obtain e-mail support because it doesn't think that I have a subscription. It may have something to do with changing my e-mail.

I need help cancelling the automatic renewal of my Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition subscription.
I received an email informing me that my 1-year subscription will automatically renew on October 23, 2026, for €119.99.
I previously deleted my Parallels account because I thought that deleting the account would also terminate my subscription and prevent it from renewing automatically. I have now realized that the subscription is still active and scheduled to renew.
I had to create this new Parallels account in order to be able to post on this forum. I created it using the same email address that was associated with my previous Parallels account and subscription.
Could you please check my subscription and manually disable the automatic renewal? I would appreciate it if you could confirm that I will not be charged €119.99 on October 23, 2026.
I can provide any additional information needed to verify ownership of the subscription.
