Can't cancel auto-renewal for subscription

On my subscriptions page there is no "Manage Subscription" button next to my subscriptions, so I can't turn off auto-renewal. I want to cancel my subscription.

Hello,
I would like to cancel the automatic renewal of my Parallels subscription.
Please disable auto-renewal for my subscription and confirm in writing that no further payment will be charged at the end of the current subscription period.
