Refund request

I bought the wrong product, the 219.99 dollar one time purchase, Parallels Desktop for Mac. Could I please have a refund? I do qualify for the refund policy, as this was only bought about two days ago.

I've used the Parallels Desktop App Store Edition trial period, then on April 18th, was issued a bill at my credit card.
It would be all right if, before the end of the subscription period, I had not paid for a Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition subscription requested on the website on April, 13th.
I didn't know that the system would not recognize my purchase on the website and now I was billed twice. Each on different credit card.
How did that happened and what can we do to cancel one of the purchases?
I tried to find some assistance but could not find any link with answers or people to chat with.

Hi I would like to refund order #502908296. I have not used the product in a year and forgot the subscription was automatic.
 
This is kind of crazy that you have to go here to request a refund. But I too cannot get ahold of a person.
I was not aware automatic renewal is on and the computer I purchased this license for is no longer even functioning.
