Hello, I need to transfer my Parallels 14 license to a new computer on which I had previously installed a trial version. After a new installation I cannot validate the license. I have a message that tells me that it is impossible to confirm the product license even though it offers me a key that is indeed mine. The hard drive of the old computer has failed, so it is no longer accessible. Thank you for your help

Hi, I am facing the same problem. I cannot activate toolbox on my new mac. My licence is still valid another couple of months.
