Activate Parallels Desktop on another Mac

    Hi, I am using the activation key I was given and purchased through this email. I got a new laptop and would like to use my previous activation key with my new Mac. I am getting an error saying "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."

    Hello,
    I need to transfer my Parallels 14 license to a new computer on which I had previously installed a trial version.
    After a new installation I cannot validate the license.
    I have a message that tells me that it is impossible to confirm the product license even though it offers me a key that is indeed mine. The hard drive of the old computer has failed, so it is no longer accessible.

    Hi, I am facing the same problem. I cannot activate toolbox on my new mac. My licence is still valid another couple of months.
