Activate Parallels Desktop on another Mac

Hi, I am using the activation key I was given and purchased through this email. I got a new laptop and would like to use my previous activation key with my new Mac. I am getting an error saying "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."

Hello,
I need to transfer my Parallels 14 license to a new computer on which I had previously installed a trial version.
After a new installation I cannot validate the license.
I have a message that tells me that it is impossible to confirm the product license even though it offers me a key that is indeed mine. The hard drive of the old computer has failed, so it is no longer accessible.

Hi team i have some questions about this licences.
  1. How is the license acquired?
  2. Is the license transferable?
  3. That the card does not get stuck on the platform?

I just purchased a M4 MacMini and need to use Parallels on it but it won't let me activate it. My old intel mac currently has Parallels on it. I couldn't find a way of deactivating it on my older intel mac so I can use it on my new mac. Please help.
 
Hello Parallels. I too am having the same issue moving to a new mac. I does not accept my license on the new mac and deactivate on the old mac. Help please.
