Move Licence to another user.

Hi !
we have a license assigned to a user who left the company. We would like to award it to his replacement.
Can you please tell me the procedure. We have this license key in the admin portal with all the others but we do not see how to change the user.

Hi,
My MacBook is down, because of that I could not sign out the parallels account on this computer. Now I've tried to move Parallels 17 to another computer. That's not possible because of not signing out. How can I get this license to a new Notebook, Best hjm
