Hey SyscomS,
Please check your private message and reply us!

To be completely honest, this process is ridiculous. I tried following the guides to move a license and it simply does not work. Worst of all it's just wasting my time. It would be very helpful to have a way to deactivate computers that are using a license without having to make a post here and wait for someone to PM me. Before I even get a reply here I will have already transferred my virtual machine to VMWare Fusion. I do not see myself buying another Parallels product in the future if this is what I have to look forward to.

Hi Bradley, please check your private message.

Hi, I got exactly the same problem when upgrading to an SSD on my MB Pro. I have not used the software for a while but now need to fix this.
Please help.

Hi there,
I am having the same issue. I did not have the "sign out" option in my Control Center as suggested by the KB, so I removed my files from my mac (dragged them into the Trash and emptied it). After doing this, I'm still unable to activate Parallels 11 on my new macbook pro. Thank you for your help.
