Has Parallels ever acknowledged this problem in the past (other that suggesting re-installing the tools on the VM)?

Together we have tried to resolve the issue using a number of possible troubleshooting steps, however were not able to succeed yet.
Since the issue requires a deeper investigation, I am passing your ticket to our next level of support who will follow up with you on your request directly.
On 28th May, I emailed [email protected] referencing this ticket but had zero response.This ticket has already been escalated to Development Team and the work on the issue is in progress.
If any information is available we will contact you back by e-mail.
We will re-open your ticket since we receive any updates on your issue from our Development team. For now it remains as escalated ticket and should be put in 'Pending Confirmation by Customer' status in Support Tier.

Are others still having this issue? It happens for me, and I'm using the latest --

It's so frustrating. I think instead of upgrading to version 10, I might try using a different product.
