Hello Parallels Support,
I'm replacing my Mac and urgently need to transfer my existing perpetual Parallels Desktop for Mac licenses. I have two existing license keys in my account, and activation is blocked by an 'activation limit reached' message.
While my M4 Mac was being serviced, I temporarily used Parallels Desktop on other Macs. I suspect these temporary activations may have contributed to the activation limit. My intended setup is to keep Parallels Desktop 17 on my M1 MacBook and transfer Parallels Desktop 20 from my M4 to my new M6 Mac. I need one license per Mac.
Could you please review and reset the activation limits for both existing keys so I can activate them on those Macs?
My virtual-machine files are intact; this is only an activation issue. I am not requesting a new license or a subscription upgrade. I can provide account or order details privately if needed.
Please advise on the fastest way to proceed. Thank you.
