I NEED HELP. I stopped using Parallels over a year ago and was locked out of my account and I just got charged again! I KEPT TRYING AND TRYING TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY BUT THEY MAKE IT FREAKING IMPOSSIBLE I NO LONGER WANT TO DO USE PARALLELS ANYMORE.

Someone from Parallels support please reach out to me. I am not paying my renewed subscription that I was just charged for and I am locked out of my previous school email account that has my card connected hence I literally needed to make a new f***ing account just to send a stupid forum message for help! Ridiculous that customers are unable contact support directly.
