Hello,


We need to disable the automatic renewal of a Parallels Desktop subscription purchased by our company.


The renewal/payment emails are received at our company email address, but the Parallels license appears to be registered under a different Parallels account, probably belonging to a former employee. Therefore, the subscription does not appear in our Parallels account and we cannot disable automatic renewal.


Cleverbridge Reference Number: 512096347


Please disable automatic renewal for this subscription and confirm that no further charges will be made.


We can provide the billing email address and any additional information by private message if required.
