"No audio found in the file"

    This is the third or fourth time I've run into this issue. I'm running Windows 10 on a laptop and have used Download Audio successfully hundreds of times. It stopped working a few days ago. All attempts return a "No audio found in the file" message. In the past, reinstalling Parallels has fixed the problem. Not so this time. Any help appreciated.

    Hello,
    Kindly collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID.
