Hello! I have been trying to get in contact to get a refund for my parallels subscription as well as cancel my subscription all together. This process is extremely difficult and ridiculous. There is zero customer support and all I am trying to do is get in contact with someone so I can get my refund and cancel my subscription. This subscription was canceled last year! I just got charged $126.71 yesterday February 26, 2026. Please help me out.
