Dear Parallels Support Team, yesterday I encountered the following problem: I can't use my license of Parallels Desktop 17 Standard on my new Macbook, because it has reached the activation limit. The devices on which the software was installed on in the past were leased devices which were returned years ago. I no longer have access to the devices used in the past and would now like activate and use Parallels 17 on my newly bought Macbook. Can the activation limit be reset please, so I can use the software moving forward or would I be required to buy a new license? Kind Regards, Daniel
Hi, I have the same problem, I need to move my License (Parallels Desktop 26) to new Mac, it's showing that it reached maximum activation limit. please help!
