Good afternoon, Since I no longer have a license key tied to my account, I am not able to open a support ticket. But I had a subscription for a Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition, and I was able to open a ticket regarding this subscription to cancel it, and this issue was solved, but just yesterday, I received an email that the subscription was reinstated, as well as the invoice, without my authorization. When I tried to add the key into my account, its giving me a message that "This license key is already registered in a different account.", but it was charged on our card, which is the one linked to the subscription, and I have no way of cancelling it or removing the credit card. Can you please help with this as soon as possible? The original reference number of the original purchase is 446779775, with the new reference number being 532077100. Thank you so much!
Hello @HeidyZ Kindly note that the licence was activated by Enrico V****ri and is currently in use. Indeed the auto-renewal was turned off, but the above-mentioned person initiated the renewal. Is this a person from your organisation? Regards,
