My Parallels Desktop for Mac Permanent License is "associated with another computer" but that other computer is this computer before apple replaced the battery and reimaged it. How can I separate the license key from that old 'computer' and attach it to this one?

NOTE: Normally when you receive the "associated with another computer" prompt, you need to select "Activate on This Mac" option and this will activate your copy of Parallels Desktop. Thanks
