Like others, I'm really struggling to cancel my subscription ahead of its renewal on 14 March. I've tried logging into My Account but there are no subscriptions and it's asking me to add a licence code in order to add the subscription to my account. There's no licence code in the Cleverbridge email confirmation, and using Cleverbridge's product lookup tool doesn't give me any further useful information beyond what was in the original email. Clicking on the "Manage your subscription" link takes me to the page requesting the licence code, so I'm stuck in a loop! I don't use either Facebook or X, so unable to contact support that way (they seem odd channels for professional support, frankly). Can somebody from Parallels Support please contact me to arrange the cancellation of the subscription?
