Windows 11 ARM VM Freezing on Parallels 26.2.0 (57363)

    My Windows 11 VM has started to randomly freeze while I am using it.
    Typically I have Edge and Reaper open. I am mostly noticing the freezes when I am using Edge.
    What troubleshooting steps should I take to resolve this issue? What additional information may be useful?
    I am on an M1 Mac with 16Gb of Ram, 1 TB HD and 2Tb External HD.
    VM is set to use 4 cpu and 8Gb memory.
    The issue has just started to happen the last few days.

    I have also noticed that when my Windows VM freezes Parallels keeps turning my mic on and off repeatedly. I have disconnected my usb mic and this did not resolve the issue. So I will check my mic settings further. On the Mac side I only have Parallels and Messages open.

    For further investigation, please provide the following details:
    1. Did the issue start after the macOS or Parallels update?
    2. Have you tried to install the latest Windows update, including Microsoft Edge?
    3. Can the issue be reproduced using a new Windows 11 virtual machine?
    4. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
