I have been using parallels desktop 18 (lifetime purchase) with my m2 macbook air for 1.5 years. Now, I bought a new macbook air with M4 and then I transfer my folders from old mac to the new one. when I try to install and open, it asks activation key. My parallels desktop 18 lifetime activation key doesn't work. It ask me to upgrade the parallels to Pro version. How can I continue to use my lifetime parallels with my new mac
after downloading legacy version. I got this error; '' The configuration file you specified is invalid. Make sure that the specified file is a valid Parallels virtual machine configuration file and it is not corrupt, or select another file. ''
If I have to pay and upgrade my parallels desktop, I certainly want a refund. what is the meaning of lifetime purchase then. It has only been 1.5 years. it is preposterous

SO, it is definitely not a MacOS 26 issue
