I am trying to pass a USB Cadmouse to my Windows VM. It seems to connect to the VM but the cursor doesn't move. Though I can use the mouse and see things highlight, just no cursor movement at all. Is there a solution to this?

    Hello,
    Thank you for reaching out.
As a possible solution, please follow the steps below:
    1. Reinstall Parallels Tools: in the top menu click Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools, wait for the installation to finish, restart the virtual machine.
    2. Check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, please collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

I reinstalled parallel tools. This made no impact. I set video.hw_pointer=0 in the boot options and I can now use the mouse. It appears that when this option is not used, the cursor doesn't sync to the movement of the mouse.
