"Windows 11" cannot connect Unattended.iso to CD/DVD 2. This image file cannot be found.

    I'm trying to set up a new Windows 11 VM.
    It downloads the Windows installer, then displays this:

    Computer: MacBook Pro, 16-inch, Nov 2023, Apple M3 Pro
    macOS version: 15.3.2 (24D81)
    Parallels version: Version 20.2.2 (55879)
