I am attempting to renew my license but it takes me to a page for "Renewing Subscription Online". There's a button there that says "Review Payment Options & Renew Subscription" and when I click it, it gives me a modal popup that says "For security reasons, you'll be redirected to a separate page which opens in a new tab.". I click on "Proceed to Payment Options" and a new page shows up. The message on this screen is "We're sorry, this link has expired to protect your data privacy. Please click below to generate a new link that will be sent to your email inbox.". I type in the Verification characters captcha on the screen and click on "Send new link via email". I get a message stating: "A new link has been generated and sent to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. If you did not receive a new email after a few minutes, please contact our Customer Support team.". I tried to "contact our Customer Support Team" but it's an endless series of questions to find out what's wrong with the product when I just want to renew. I never receive an email. I have checked my junk mail and it's not there either. I did receive the initial login request in my junk mail, so I know I'm in the right area. I have added [email protected] to my safe sender list as well.

Hello @Avinash Bundhoo That person is not me. I want to just pay for it myself and not use the billing that was there (hence why I want to change billing). How can I get working again as quickly as possible? Buy a new license?
