I want to manage my subscription to turn auto-renewal off but when I go to check my page, it doesn't have on/off like the help page says. Instead it says "manage subscription" and then when I click the link, it takes me to a "please take a survey/we don't want to see you go" page that has me signed out?? I just want to be able to turn auto-renewal on/off, that's all.

Same problem here. Click on "manage subscription" and the browser goes to "dont leave us" survey. And this is 6 month later... Please help.
