Clipboard history window unmovable

Somehow, the Clipboard History window became moved to the very left edge of the screen, and since the title bar is not accessible - only the settings icon, but not the rest - i cannot move it back to be able to use it.
How can I move the window to the right to make it usable again?

Same problem. No answers for many weeks. Does Parallels read these?

I am having the exact same issue and cannot figure out how to get the stupid clipboard history window to show up properly. This is frustrating and irritating and I really hope someone from Parallels addresses this issue
