I need support ASAP please. I wiped my mac and i think there has been a mixup with the accounts i have used. I re-installed parallels and it is not working as it is now saying it has been used by another account - Which might have been mine for use in the lab only. I have the invoice of the purchace. Can someone contact me ASAP to rectify? I really need to use the product ASAP.
