there was a recent charge on my account for the annual subscription renewal of Parallels. Unfortunately, I forgot to disable the auto-renewal option and only noticed the charge after it had been processed. I'm a student and at this time, I no longer require the subscription for the second year, and the unexpected charge is a significant financial burden for me.
