Parallel's Toolbox won't convert a 2GB Quicktime MOV file to MP4 - files size limit?

I get a 'file not recognised' error when I upload a 2GB MOV files to Parallel's to convert to an MP4
Is there a file size limit on what can be converted to MP4?

Hi Josh,

Does this issue occur when you attempt to convert a lesser sized file?
