I am using a MacBook pro, 16" and using parallels for visual studio. Every 15 minutes or so, the parallels will go inactive, as if I have just clicked on a normal mac application. When I click back into Parallels, typ. just for visual studio, the keyboard thinks I am holding down the enter key. To disable it, I just need to click anywhere in the parallels window. But, it is pretty annoying.
Hi Please confirm what you mean by inactive, do you mean, it gets its display dimmed or the virtual machine gets suspended? Also, to aid us in troubleshooting this further, please collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this e-mail.
Hello, I just mean inactive as in, the application I have open won't do anything until I click on it. The same as if I have a browser open, click on the desktop and try and type in the address bar - nothing happens until I click back in the browser.
