I am not tech savvy and no longer need my subscription to parallels desktop. When I log into my account online to manage my subscription service it says I need to enter a license key and I do not know that information nor have received it. Please advise how I can simply cancel my subscription without so much hassle.
When I type in my Product key that came with my original purchase it says that already exists in another account. I am the only one with access to this computer so I don't know what other account it would exist in
I have contacted Clearing Bridge as well which was on the credit card statement. It should not be this hard to cancel a subscription. I would greatly appreciate help to make this an easier process.
