Request for Parallels Desktop 19 for Mac Standard Edition license key reset

    I entered the activation key and previous product key, but it says:
    The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server.
    Please resolve this issue, thank you very much

    Hello Ahmad,
    We. have verified your account and found only an upgrade key.
    Please note that to use an upgrade key, you need to have an existing previous version of Parallels Desktop.
    Unfortunately, you do not have one.

    We can initiate a refund for your upgrade key as you are still eligible for a reefund.

    You can then purchase a full license. Let us know how you want to proceed.

    I forget my preview activate key and can't found the key in my account,so I want to reset my activation. When I activate my parallels, the program alert the tips:
