Unable to activate account license on my new PC

    Hello,

    I recently got a new PC, I tried putting in the same activation key on my new PC but it says "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again." I used the same account on both devices... I have the Cleverbridge reference number if needed.
