About running x86 VMs on M1 Macs

Today it is not possible to emulate X86 OS (Mac, Windows) in a virtual machine on Mac M1.

Well, the short answer is that there isn't exactly much business value relative to the engineering effort that is required, at least for the time being. For now, we're laser focused on making Arm Linux VMs on Apple silicon a delight to use.
So, to be a bit blunt, running x86 operating systems on Apple silicon is not something we are planning to deliver with this project.

Is it a future possibility for Parallels? Are you studying to implement this feature or is it out of your plans?

Well.... it depends on many different factors: Usage, size of project(s), 3rd party components, additional databases, additional services (e.g. Webserver).
I would opt for a 24 or even 32 GB RAM machine if this will be your main machine. RAM isn't expandable in any way.
If you plan to use many different VMs (as I do for different configurations, customer projects) 512 GB SSD might be a limiting factor too.
To run RAD Studio Delphi 11.x with only one smaller/medium-sized project in a single VM, 16GB RAM/512 GB SSD is more than enough.

You should be able to use the FBCLIENT.DLL on Windows 11/ARM. Even if it "just" a Win32 or Win64 library.
Do you plan to use it from a specific IDE (like Delphi, RAD Studio, Visual Studio?)
thanks for a tip.
I resolved problem installing Win32 EXE package under Win11ARM (VM parallels) on MacMini Pro M2. Win11ARM is emulating Win32 (x86) with no issues.
