I purchased Parallels Pro edition subscription. When trying to activate the license key it asks for the previous version. I never received a previous version license key only the upgrade license key for the subscription. Has anyone experienced this?
Hello, Please note that Parallels Desktop Upgrade keys can be used to upgrade from previous versions of the software, hence they require the license key for one of the older versions and cannot be used standalone.
