Unable to delete license key from account and activate on new account

    Greetings from Germany,

    the Parallels support doesn't answer any email.

    This is no support at all and im very disapointed with this.

    My problem is that i cannot access my old mac because it is broken.

    I want to activate the 2019 license to a new account. This is also not possible.

    Error message you have to disactivate on old mac. But this is not possible.

    Is there any possibility to save the license ? It is only 3 months old and it seems that it is now a waste of money.

    Kindly be informed that we have made the required changes on our end and you can now make use of the license on your new Mac.

    If however you still wish to transfer the license to a new account, kindly let us know.
