Can't delete shortcuts profile

MacBook Pro, M1 Max, macOS Ventura,
Parallels Desktop 19 for Mac

In the shortcut profiles list, I can create a new profile, but the minus (-) button doesn't do anything. I won't delete the profiles I created.
Preferences > Shortcuts > Windows11 > Profile > Edit profiles list

To aid us with troubleshooting this issue, please collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
