New Monterey 12.3.1 not working

I am running Parallels 17.1.2 (51548). Just upgraded to macOS 12.3.1. Now, Parallels not working right. Hangs. Haven't been able to get any apps to work yet. Have to force quit Parallels. Help please.

Hello, Could you please let us know if you have an issue with launching the Parallels Application itself or the virtual machine? What is the version of the virtual machine? Do you receive any error messages while launching Parallels or virtual machines? Have you tried to reinstall the Parallels Application? Thanks.

The Parallels App seems to launch okay. When Win 10 comes up it says it's suspended right from the get go even if I have re-booted my Mac. When I resume Win 10 I get a blank white screen. I just re-installed Parallels and get same result. Where do I find the version of the virtual machine? Thanks

Before I re-installed Parallels, the Control Center was spinning, see attached.
Now it has a white screen on the left, see attached.

My Win 10 seems to be working.
Btw, my Win 10 doesn't offer a checkbox to disable fast startup. See two screenshots:

Hello, that hard drive space is assigned by Parallels by default. If you want to improve the performance of your virtual machine kindly follow this KB article.
